    I belong to a plein air artist group that meets weekly. The day that the group met in Old Town was so hot. I decided to paint down the street from the other artist and every 20 minutes or so I was asked a question or heard comments from the people that passed by. I was a bit uncomfortable with the heat and the questions (that goes with the territory), but really enjoyed the old architecture and character of the area.  The scene was painted next to the popular restaurant, Pablo’s, in Old Town, Lansing, MI.
