A loosely painted, one-of-a-kind, simple, vinette, watercolor of two jack pines by Nancy Aitcheson
The jack pine watercolor was painted plein air (out of doors) and is the second painting in a series of three (third painting not listed). This is a one-of-a-kind, original watercolor (not a print) that will fit nicely into many small spaces, while adding personality to your home.
 
The impressionistic style watercolor was painted in a fresh, transparent variety of green  colors.

  • I painted the pine trees on the adjacent property.  It’s always dark in the group of pines and, except for certain times of the day, the pine needles on the floor of the trees is soft, with no weeds and not much sunlight. With permission, it’s nice to paint there because it smells so nice and the branches and sunlight are twisted and broken and form an abstract pattern of sunlight.
