This is a hand-painted watercolor. It is the first of two painted plein (out of doors) artworks painted at the Meridain Historical Village, Okomos, Michigan. This is a one-of-a-kind painting in an impressionistic style. The custom framed, artwork will add charm and style to your space.
SOLD- Meridian Historical Village Flowers
I step back in time when I visit the Meridain Historical Village. The village has restored 19th century style buildings with many inspiring places to paint. This piece was painted plein air (on-site). I liked the many colors, shapes and contrasts with a group of flowers in front of one of the buildings. It was morning and the sun and shadows were still low in the sky casting an angled shadow on the building. The flower patterns, shadows, and contrasting colors drew me to this scene.

Free Local Delivery
Local delivery may be an option for customers within 10 miles of my studio. An agreed upon public place for delivery may also be an option. Please contact me for more information.
Shipping Fees
Your artwork will be shipped USPS by Priority, First Class or Ground in appropriate packaging. I make every effort to ship within 3-5 days of purchase after payment is received. I provide insurance and tracking for all original paintings shipped to US addresses. Shipping rates are determined by weight, dimensions, rate tier, and the distance between the ship-from and ship-to location. Fees will be calculated and collected from the customer before shipment.
Estimated Deliver Date
For the estimated delivery date, please allow 3-5 days for your package to be prepared, plus add transit time (1-3 days for Priority and First Class, 2–8 days for Ground).
If I am unable to prepare your artwork for shipment within the promised 3-5 days, I will promptly contact you by mail, telephone or email, and give a new shipping estimate. At that time, you will have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
If Your Painting Should Arrive Damaged
If your painting should arrive damaged, please save the original packaging, take photographs, and contact me within three days. Do not attempt to repair the painting. You may be required to return the item and packaging to the post office.
RETURNS
I gladly accept returns. Please Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Art must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Artwork must be shipped in appropriate packaging and arrive in its original condition. Customer is responsible for any loss in value while in the customer's possession and during shipping. All returns require a traceable shipping method. Refunds will be provided after the item is returned and determined to be in original condition.
