- I’m a Return and Refund policy. I’m a great place to let your customers know what to do in case they are dissatisfied with their purchase. Having a straightforward refund or exchange policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy with confidence.
My top priority is that you are happy with your purchase. I strive to ship your painting quickly and in perfect condition.
Local delivery may be an option for customers within 10 miles of my studio. An agreed upon public place for delivery may also be an option. Please contact me (click "Contact" on the menu bar) for more information.
Free shipping is available for artwork $125.00 and over. For artwork under $125.00 a flat fee of $15.00 will be charged.
Your artwork will be shipped USPS by Priority, First Class or Ground in appropriate packaging. I make every effort to ship within 3-5 days of purchase after payment is received. I provide insurance and tracking for all original paintings shipped to US addresses.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE,
For the estimated delivery date, please allow 3-5 days for your package to be prepared, plus add transit time (1-3 days for Priority and First Class, 2–8 days for Ground).
If I am unable to prepare your artwork for shipment within the promised 3-5 days, I will promptly contact you by telephone or email and give a new shipping estimate. At that time, you will have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
IF YOUR PAINTING SHOULD ARRIVE DAMAGED
If your painting should arrive damaged, please save the original packaging, take photographs, and contact me (click "Contact" on the menu bar) within three days. Do not attempt to repair the painting. You may be required to return the item and packaging to the post office.
